It’s a 90 day workout plan intended to help you lose your weight with specific days dedicated to muscle relaxation. It will help you to increase your lean muscles while burning more fats transforming you to healthier and active you.
You’re Goal
Focus on mastering all exercises rather than taking it as a task that is imposed upon you against your will. Involve your whole body mechanics and push it hard during exercises to get command over whole workout. Feel yourself a champion, an expert of every workout you do!P90x lean workout
You will be curious about what would you be doing during these 90 days that you would called P90x lean workout that would actually satisfy the meaning of word “lean”. Don’t worry; we care about you more than any other gym coach around you. You would be doing these workouts in up-coming three months:First Month
You will be instructed toConsume more protein to reinforce your body.
Allow it to grow more muscles and burn more fats.
Involve yourself in core training, cardio fitness, arms, legs, back, shoulders, and yoga and kenpo exercises from week one till week three.
Dedicate two times each week for ab exercises on the same days you used to do other workouts (legs, shoulders, arms etc.)
Modify your workouts on fourth week to core training, cardio fitness, arms, legs, back, shoulders, and yoga and kenpo exercises again at sixth day.
Second Month
You will be advised toConsume more carbohydrates to balance it with your protein consumption to boost energy in your body.
For Weeks Five, six and seven, do these workouts in this order: core training, then cardio fitness, then chest and arm workouts leading to yoga then back and legs and finally finishing it at kenpo workouts.
Did you remember the workouts you did in last phase at forth week? Yes… repeat it at week eight.
Third Month
You would be asked toContinue with your lean plan and again consume more carbohydrates that are required for your survival.
Do chest and back, arms, cardio fitness, biceps, legs, yoga, core workout and kenpo workouts for weeks nine and eleven.
At weeks 10 and 12, involve yourself in complete arms and chest, cardio fitness, biceps and back, yoga, kenpo workouts and core exercises.
Commit yourself to abs exercises twice a week on the days you do arms and other workouts.
