P90X Insanity Hybrid Workout Schedule: Is this the Right Follow-up?


P90X workout scheduleIf you have been busy with the Beachbody workouts for some time, such as the P90X or the Insanity workout plan for shedding off the weight and getting fit, then you must have seen visible results by now. These home workout programs are designed to give you great nutrition while you lose all the extra weight from your body while getting in the perfect shape.

Do you want to get ahead and move even further, after these workout programs? This question pops up almost every time you are near the end of the Insanity or P90X workout schedule.

Here are a few solutions that may help in selecting the right thing:

  •     If you have already lost plenty of weight with P90X workout schedule, but you want      to go further with the modifying of your body then you can either use P90X again or try the P90X/Insanity hybrid workout plan to get some big improvements.
  •      If you like the results you have achieved, with the workout plan that you follow and now want to focus on the cardio only, then if you are doing the P90X, move to the Insanity workout plan and likewise, you can replace Insanity with P90X to get better results.
  •      If you have already done both the programs separately then, as mentioned above, you can start with the P90X/Insanity hybrid workout plan that includes the mixture of strength with a little cardio to transform your body.
    When you have come at the crossroads of choosing the next program after one of these, or both, the decision is often hard. You can try out the workouts according to your body requirements and results that you had been seeking for so long.
