What is that?

You might have heard of P90X and insanity as a separate workout programs. P90X is developed by Tony Horton based on “Muscle Confusion” to make you stronger and leaner. It involves 12 workouts. Insanity is developed by Shaun T based on “Max. Interval” to drive you insane with 10 intense workouts. P90X requires gym equipment to do workouts while insanity does not require any tool. Now, you are acquainted with both workouts. The blend of these two workouts will be P90X insanity hybrid. Many people had modified it according to their taste. You can do that too after doing these workouts separately. We could share one of the P90X insanity Hybrid workouts so that you could have the idea about it.

The workout

It is advised to do the original workouts as it. You should do it after doing both workouts as they are. Some people went for hybrid just to save their time as a short cut, that’s a wrong way. Don’t do it. If you have done insanity and P90X as it is then here is a 13 week Beachbody hybrid schedule:

Week 1-3

·         Day 1

You will do Chest & Back plus Ab Ripper X on Monday.
·         
             Day 2

You will do Plyometric Cardio Circuit on Tuesday.
·         
      Day 3

You will do Shoulders & Arms plus Ab Ripper X on Wednesday.
·        
      Day 4

You will involve in pure cardio on Thursday.
·        
      Day 5

You will dedicate your time for Legs & Back plus Ab Ripper on Friday.

      Day6

Get involved in yoga to relax your muscles on Saturday.
·        
      Day 7

You will work over your cardio power and resistance on Sunday.

Week 4-Recovery Phase
·       
            Day 1

Get involved in Cardio recovery on Monday.

            Day 2

You will work over your Core Synergistics on Tuesday.
·        
            Day 3

You will do Yoga X on Wednesday.
·        
      Day 4

You will dedicate your time for Core cardio & Balance on Thursday.

            Day 5

Get involved in Kenpo X on Friday.

      Day6

You will do Stretch X on Saturday.

      Day 7

You will work over your Ab Ripper X on Sunday.

Week 5-8

      Day 1

You will do Chest, shoulders, & Tris, Cardio Abs on Monday.

You will work over your Back & Biceps, Cardio Abs on Wednesday.

Get involved in Max. Interval Circuit on Thursday.

Week 9-Recovery Phase (Same as above recovery phase)

Week 10-12

You will work over your Chest & Back, Ab Ripper X on Monday.

Get involved in Max Cardio Conditioning on Tuesday.

You will work over your Shoulders & Arms, Cardio Abs on Wednesday.

Week 13- Recovery Phase (Same as above recovery phase)

You have to follow all the step by step process to get P90X insanity hybrid results more pragmatic. No skipping; drink Shakeology regularly for best results. You can also design your hybrid schedule after defining your needs. You can simply follow other hybrid schedule as well depending upon your body requirements.
