When we are young, we enjoyed high metabolism rate and that high metabolism allow our body to digest food quickly which in turns keeps us thin, active and strong but after 40’s as our body gets weak so does our metabolism rate. That slow metabolism creates hurdle in quick food digestion including fats that in turn make us unhealthy, obese and at other times- sick. It’s a high time that you should get over your routine physician’s check-up!
